A national initiative that spotlights exceptional construction projects, workers, and products by featuring monthly stories, videos, and employer nominations with an annual awards gala recognizing nominees from throughout the year. This program boosts morale and strengthens industry identity.

Workforce Pride & Recognition Program

A structured pathway for young people and career-switchers to enter the trades by partnering with schools, awarding scholarships, hosting “Try‑a‑Trade” and "Kids in Construction" hands‑on events, creating a mentorship network pairing new entrants with experienced tradespeople to address the labor shortage by making entry into the industry more accessible and appealing.

A program focused on the physical, mental, and financial well‑being of construction workers and their families through childcare assistance grants, workshops and resources that improves retention, reduces hardship, and strengthens the safety net for the people who build America.
